Let It Ride (Cover)

Circuit Fest bukas at marami akong giveaways na pinatulan. Sana naman manalo ako since madalas ako manalo ngayong year (nanalo ng Summer Solstice ticket [pero ‘di naman siya big deal at ‘di ako nakapunta] at giveaway ng Pesisa na ATL shirt). Please. YEAAHAJHEHURH!

Anyway, au revoir.

Babies, August isn’t the only month of the year.

☐ Fall Out Boy
☑ Linkin Park
☑ Bazooka Rocks II

Good thing our classes will start on June 3; my fasting and the flow of money would start early. Everything for the bands THAT WILL COME HERE IN MANILA ON AUGUST.

I feel like a terrible—no, worse than terrible—fan for giving up on Fall Out Boy. My parents would definitely not going to let me see three concerts in a month and since Bazooka Rocks has been my barkada’s panata and my dad promised his kids to see Linkin Park with him (because LP is our ultimate bonding band—what?), the universe left me no choice.

I just wish dad has no business outside the country or anywhere that would make him stay there for a day or two with his clients on August. Not this month, please. Not on August 13. And please let my parents let me go to BR again.

Getting money is easy but convincing the universe isn’t.

(And then minutes later, she quoted Balagtas.)

This was mom talking to her sister thru phone. They always talk; every night. And then I wonder, who am I talking to twenty years from now?

I wish I have a sister… but then I have brothers; three funny and awesome brothers to talk to. I wish they would like to talk to me twenty years from now though. It would be more awesome if they’re actually girls, don’t you think? But then I have bestfriends; seven funny and awesome bestfriends. I wish they would also like to talk to me twenty years from now though. Maybe they would talk to someone else instead of me and that would totally suck, don’t you think? But then I would have a husband already twenty years from now. Or not. And I wish he would want to talk to me every day. (Well duh, he’s my husband. But you know, a talk, like an intimate one. It would be really nice, don’t you think?)

On the totally different hand, here’s a quote for mom:

“You can’t compare how you feel to the way other people feel. It just doesn’t work. What might look like the perfect life—or even an okay life—to you might not be so okay for the person living it.” - Michael Thomas Ford, Suicide Notes

But I get mom’s point. But to be safe, let’s just…

Anyway, eavesdropping for wisdom isn’t not good, is it? Yes, it’s a violation of a person’s right to privacy but…

You see, I love the word ‘but’. But. But. Butt. Butts.

Sana di po kayo ma-creep out. hehe

Woah. You’re very much welcome. :) Thank you din. Defend Pop Punk tayo ah. Save Rock and Roll. No? Okay.

High fashion says hello to you, guys.

Or just a retard with bugs on her face.

It was the day after Mother’s Day and she had it all planned out.

She would do the household tasks and make every corner in her house spotless and sweet-scented. She would go to the grocery store to stock up the cabinet. She didn’t want her family to starve.

She would go to a massage spa and pamper herself. She would treat herself a makeover to a fancy salon.

She would go to her mother’s house because she was too occupied yesterday with the celebration and would spend time with the aged folk and her own siblings; they would even visit their deceased father and brother.

Then she would return home, read the broadsheet and her favorite book. She would take her pills more than thrice the amount it should be taken, lay down on her bed and wait for death to draw closer to her.

It was the day after the Mother’s Day and she had it all planned out.

I’m not moronoid nor a-absolem anymore.

I’m notaself-helpbook. Inspired by The Wonder Years, of course.

I tried several URLs before this one and they were all taken already. I visited those sites and then these people aren’t even active anymore! They have no proper theme and stuff. :(
